Friday, June 25th at 1PM, we are reading “What Do you Do With an Idea” followed by a hands-on activity. This story sparks the imagination and empowers children to create! Let your child engineer their creation with their CMoA provided invention kit. Participants will bring their idea to life discovering elements of design and art along the way! Be sure to explore the museum before or after storytime. Tech Tales is free with admission and ideal for children ages 4 to 10. Become a museum member and attend the summer reading series for free in addition to all other benefits of membership.

Using their ABCs, children will work as a team to design and build a one-of-a-kind space rover that will be temporarily displayed at CMoA. Be sure to explore the museum before or after storytime where our almost life-size replica of a lunar lander makes a great photo backdrop. We’ll show you how to make a fun video of your youngster(s) so it looks like they are in zero gravity too! Tech Tales is free with admission and ideal for children ages 4 to 10.
