Step Into the Future at BYTE25: A Night of Technology, Art and Innovation
Computer Museum of America’s Annual Fundraiser to Unveil Exclusive New Artifacts, Signed Salvador Dalí Prints and More
ROSWELL, Ga. – (January 30, 2025) – The Computer Museum of America (CMoA), a metro Atlanta attraction housing one of the world’s largest collections of digital-age artifacts, will celebrate its fourth annual BYTE fundraiser on Thursday, March 6, 2025, from 6:30 to 10 PM in the Galaxy Ballroom, located within the museum at 5000 Commerce Parkway in Roswell, Ga. Hosted by the charismatic Tom Clark, BYTE25 offers an evening of indulgence with gourmet “bytes,” curated cocktails, mocktails and live music from Acoustic Soul. Attendees will enjoy exclusive access to the museum’s impressive collections, including the debut of several newly acquired artifacts from the Living Computer Museum acquisition. The event will also mark the unveiling of a Salvador Dalí exhibit, showcasing a rare collection of signed prints from the legendary artist.
“BYTE25 is more than a fundraiser–it’s a celebration of innovation and the preservation of computing history,” said Lonnie Mimms, founder and board chair of CMoA. “By attending, sponsoring, or bidding in our silent or live auctions, guests contribute to creating a legacy that inspires future generations. We’re excited to share this extraordinary evening with our expanding community of supporters.”
As a 501(c)3 organization, CMoA relies heavily on the generosity of donors to fulfill its mission of preserving digital-age artifacts and inspiring visitors of all ages. All proceeds from BYTE25 will support the museum’s educational programs, preservation efforts and the development of engaging new exhibits.
Sponsorships, general admission and reserved tables for BYTE25 are available now and can be purchased by visiting computermuseumofamerica.org/byte. For those unable to attend, support can still be shown through sponsorships or by participating in the virtual silent auction taking place from February 13 – March 5. Auction items will include art, leisure, experiences and more.
