JavaScript is the programming language of the web. It controls everything that happens on a website like pop-ups, animations, warnings, and autocomplete search boxes. Campers will learn how to add JavaScript code to a website and work on several projects including a calculator, multiple-choice quiz program, and a 2D game. This camp is a perfect introduction to web development, game design, and app design. By learning to code with Javascript in a simple and fun way, your child will be taking the first steps towards understanding many of today’s technologies!
*All software, materials, and laptops provided for use during camp at no additional charge***
**Before and After extended care available for full day campers registered for Javascript Coding Challenge and Design & Develop your own Website from 8:00AM- 5:00PM for an additional cost of $100/ week.
